British Antique Replicas have been makers and retailers of fine quality copies of 18th and 19th century period English reproduction furniture for over thirty years.
Our workshops and showrooms are based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex (Between Gatwick and Brighton) and include the world’s largest display of English reproduction dining tables, dining chairs, sideboards, bookcases, office and boardroom furniture, display cabinets, writing tables, chests of drawers, coffee tables, occasional furniture, English house furniture and upholstery.
Our cabinet makers and French polishers work closely to the drawings of Thomas Chippendale, George Hepplewhite, Thomas Sheraton and some of the best cabinet makers of the Victorian era, making furniture which is almost indistinguishable from the original.
We have three furniture ranges to choose from as well as a bespoke manufacturing service.
Only the finest materials are used in the construction of our furniture: kiln dried exotic woods which include Mahogany, Yew, Walnut, Cherry, Madrona, Rosewood, and Masur Birch.
You are very welcome to visit us Tuesday to Saturday between 9.30am and 5pm (Christmas - Closed from Monday 24th December until Tuesday 8th January) to see over one thousand items of furniture that we have on permanent display.
