When can I expect my furniture to be delivered?
All our furniture is made to order. Manufacture takes approximately 12-14 weeks but some items can take less time. When your furniture has been made, we will telephone you to arrange a convenient time to deliver. We deliver to anywhere in the UK free of charge.
What delivery service do you use?
We have our own lorry and delivery team who are used to expertly packing and handling both antique furniture and replicas. Outside of our normal radius, we use one delivery company that we have used for many years and who are again, very experienced in packing and handling both antiques and replica antique furniture.
Do you ship furniture outside of the UK?
Yes we do. We have shipped furniture all over the world and would be very happy to obtain a quote for you.
What happens if I need a piece of furniture straight away?
Whilst our main ranges of furniture are made to order, we do have a section within our showrooms called the “Immediate Delivery” section (click here to view). These items are a combination of surplus stock or end of range and are sold as seen. These items can be delivered within two weeks. Free UK delivery still applies. Please note that if you do need see what you are looking for in this section, it is worth telephoning our office on 01444 24 55 77 to ask because we do have a few items that are not shown on the website.
Is the website secure? If I’m worried can I pay via the telephone?
Yes, our website is secure and our shopping cart is protected by secure socket layer technology. If you would feel more comfortable making an order over the telephone, please feel free to call our office on 01444 24 55 77.
Why do you need my contact details to complete an order?
We require your e-mail address, telephone number and street address to be able to complete your order and deliver your furniture to the correct address. We also need to be able to contact you to keep you updated on the progress of your order. You are welcome to opt out of our newsletter, and we will never pass your details onto third parties.
